EVER TO EXCEL

On May 28th, we were treated to an extraordinary musical experience as our choir presented its annual concert, transporting us back to the Golden Age of Greek Cinema through the timeless songs of the 1950s and 1960s. The beautiful voices of our students, combined with the nostalgia and emotion of these beloved melodies, created an unforgettable evening for all in attendance. The performance showcased not only the musical talents of our students but also their dedication and hard work throughout the year. The evening concluded in true Greek fashion, with audience members joining together in dance and celebration. We extend our heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to our choir students, teachers Mrs. Giovanou and Mr. Eleftheriadis, and all who contributed to making this event such a tremendous success.

On May 27th, we celebrated an important milestone for our fifth graders as they officially Stepped Up from Elementary to Junior High School. It was a heartfelt assembly during which students reflected on some of their favorite memories from their elementary years and looked ahead to the exciting opportunities awaiting them in middle school. One of the most touching moments was hearing advice and words of encouragement from our sixth graders, who only a year ago were in the very same position. It was a wonderful reminder of how quickly our children grow and how supportive our school family is at every stage of their journey.

One of the true highlights of our week took place on Wednesday, May 6th when our Theater Club presented a phenomenal performance of The Wizard of Oz. Under the outstanding direction of Mrs. Siklas, our students brought the beloved story to life with tremendous enthusiasm, confidence, and talent. From the acting and staging to the energy and teamwork displayed on stage, the performance was truly impressive and a joy for all in attendance.
